I started this yesterday and actually did it a little bit ago and I have no desire to have a cigarette. I lit one and it was horrible, so I threw it out! I finally think I am a non-smoker after 30 years of smoking. Thank you! Me and my family express much gratitude for the creator of this. Thanks again!
